Let’s be clear from the start, abundance can come in many forms. At the moment in New Zealand we are in the time of beautiful spring blossoms, camellias and new green growth. Whatever the time of the year there is never a lack of natural beauty around us. What other amazing things are happening in your life, that look and feel abundant? Feeling grateful for even the smallest of things, like an abundance of hot water in your shower each morning, can start you off on an awareness track, that sets you up for the day.
You can’t think and feel abundance, and at the same time, think and feel lack. Sometimes we flip flop between the two. We start with the intention of allowing the abundance to be showing up in our lives but the self-talk has an annoying habit of pointing out where we also have lack. What we focus on, then becomes our reality. The resistance Esther Hicks talks about can feel like a blockage, discomfort or even pain. To see the abundance around you, you must change your thoughts and perception so that your focus changes. In this aware state, it is easier to see where you have been denying or keeping out the abundance.
