Have You Heard How Tapping Can Create Calm?

Many a time I have felt the world is up to no good. But if I look at the life I have lived so far and I see how great it has been, I can’t help but say, “I am divinely guided.” The trick is to see that, at the time you are in the thick of feeling everyone and everything is against you? How do you turn you mood of negatives into positives? Do you go for a walk, do a spot of meditating, mouth off to a friend? One thing that helps me is to do a some meridian tapping or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Tonight I gave a presentation about this simple technique to a room full of people who hadn’t ever heard of it. From the comments, I believe they enjoyed the experience. I suggested to them as I’m now doing for you, to go on to Youtube and put in Tapping for…. Whatever you put there, there will be someone who has posted it. Tapping uses acupuncture points to lower the stress levels in your body. And I’m not talking about just the stress from problems at work. I’m talking about feeling strong emotions, having financial difficulties, speaking in front of an audience, the list goes on. If you want to turn around those negative responses into something more empowering it is definitely something to have a go at.
