Have you got a habit that keeps rearing its head & you get the sense that you can’t change it? We all meet challenges as we journey through life. However it is worth persevering on the changes we want to make to ourselves.
This moment is always the start of the rest of your life. What has gone before has made you the way you are now, and it doesn’t have to be the blueprint for the rest of your life. If you want something badly enough, you will be disciplined enough to listen to your why, create the thought pattern you need, get in touch with the feeling around that & initiate the action needed. Each one of these steps sends an energetic wave out into the universe and by law has to attract back an experience that reflects that. It is crucial though, that you don’t focus on the doubts and fears that may surface. They also have an energy that attracts that experience. Intentioned change is growth, so where in your life do you want to grow?
